Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo Hindi Dubbed Version-Release Cancelled, Due To 3 Major Reasons
Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’s Hindi dubbed version won’t release in theatre, more deets inside
Finally, it is confirmed the Hindi dubbed version of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo starring Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde will not be released in cinemas. The reports were confirmed by Bollywoodlife.com. The decision was out after Manish Shah of Goldmines and the makers of Shehzada’s discussion. The Hindi dubbed version of this hit Allu Arjun movie was scheduled to release on January 26, 2022. The first reason behind this cancellation is rise in COVID-19 cases, hence putting the audience at a risk.
The report states, “The film release in Hindi version has been pushed, given the Covid scenario currently.” The next reason is despite Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna being streamed on OTT, the audience are still going to theatres to watch the movie, hence in this scenario to release another movie of the actor, doesn’t seem like a right move as it would affect the business. The report adds, “With ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ still running successfully in theatres across the country, it won't be a wise decision to have another Allu Arjun film in theatres at the same time. Interestingly, despite 'Pushpa' being released on OTT, people are still flocking the theatres to witness the magic of their favourite superstar on the big screen.”
And lastly, makers of Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon starrer Shehzada are almost towards the wrapped of the official Hindi remake. Shehzada that went on floors in Mumbai, will be released in December 2022. Thus, makers don’t want to affect the release of Shehzada.
Meanwhile, Allu Arjun’s recent release Pushpa: The Rise has minted over Rs 300 crore, besides the Hindi dubbed version inching towards Rs 90 crore. ALSO READ: 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' Producer Allu Aravind Arrives In Mumbai To Resolve The Release Of The Hindi Dubbed Version
